Choose your corrective lenses for short-sightedness from -1.00 to -10.00.  The prescription for swim goggles is half your nearsightedness plus astigmatism, minus 50 to 100 degrees. For example, if you're -400 nearsighted(近视眼) with 0 astigmatism(散光), your goggles should be -3.0 to -3.5. If eyes differ, use the lower prescription.
